Who makes the clothing?

All clothing, accessories, and jewellery pieces are handmade by Ofufeh. The pieces are made in a smoke and pet-free environment. :)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do. If you find that your country is not available for delivery, please let me know.

How long will it take to get to me?

As theflower iris currently only has 1 employee, please allow up to 5-15 weeks for the pieces to get to you.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. iris offers returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on theflower iris, please reach out through our Contact page within 14 days of the delivery date.

What is a size I, II, III mean?

A size I is most ideal for someone who is typically an xs-m. A size II is great for those typically m-xl. Lastly, a size III is ideal for people who typically wear a size xl-3xl. If you require a something be made to fit a xs and below or a 4xl and above, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes and no. No, I do not make custom original pieces. Yes, I do custom orders so long as it is a piece I already sell in my store (i.e customizing a Garden skirt in fabrics used exclusively for Meadow).
